Which championships were eligible for the TWG 2025 Qualifying Series?
The following events were eligible during the TWG 2025 qualification period:
- ILS Lifesaving World Championships 2024. Times achieved at this event were recognised when they equalled or bettered the minimum qualifying time.
- ILS Regional Championships held between 1 August 2023 and 31 January 2025. Times achieved at these events were recognised when they equalled or bettered the minimum qualifying time.
- Existing international pool lifesaving competitions, such as the German Cup, Spanish Cup, Orange Cup and Commonwealth Championships, could contribute qualifying times when sanctioned by ILS and the performances met the minimum qualifying time.
- National championships could contribute qualifying times when sanctioned by ILS and the performances met the minimum qualifying time.
